Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Our booking policy is designed to be fair and flexible.
Effective date: March 1, 2026
We offer same-day and next-day appointments across the GTA. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer your time slot to another customer.
Free Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge provided you give us reasonable notice:
- Same-day cancellation: Please call or text us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment window to cancel without a fee.
- Next-day and future appointments: Cancel anytime before the day of your appointment — no fee, no questions asked.
- Rescheduling: We can reschedule to any available time slot at no charge.
Diagnostic Fee
Our $65 diagnostic fee covers the technician's visit to assess the issue with your appliance. This fee applies once the technician arrives at your location.
- If you cancel before the technician departs for your home, no diagnostic fee applies.
- If the technician is already en route or has arrived, the $65 diagnostic fee applies.
- The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with the repair on the same visit.
No-Show Policy
If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and are unable to access the property or reach you, the $65 diagnostic fee may apply to cover the technician's time and travel.
We will always attempt to contact you before marking an appointment as a no-show.
